Change Network from Public to Private

To change the Network from Public to Private (i.e. during autodiscovery wrong clicked) on a Windows 2012R2-Server go to

Start - Run and execute "gpedit.msc" (this will change the Policy for the local Server, not for the Network-GPO's)

Open

Local Computer Policy - Computer Configuration - Windows Settings - Security Settings - Network List

and search for the Network that was assigned (i.e. Network 10). Open this Element with a double click.

In the Window open the Tab "Network location" and set this to private (for whatever reason Domain is not selectable here)
